Dear Congress Middle School Parents and Guardians,

FSA Testing will begin in April with writing for Distance learning students beginning with

6th Graders April 8th

7th Graders April 7th

8th Graders April 9th

As determined by the Florida Department of Education, all testing will take place on our CMS campus.

Therefore, students learning at home will need to come into the building in order to take their FSA Assessments for FY21.

Please take a few moments to fill out the attached survey.

Specific dates with the remainder of the testing window for virtual student testing will be shared with you at a later date.

Please complete this form before coming to campus for testing.

If you have more than one student at CMS, please fill this form out for each child.

Grade 6 ELA & Math, & 8th Grade Science: May 3-28
Grades 7-8 ELA/Math, EOCs (Algebra Honors, Geometry Honors, Civics): May 3-June 11
